Abstract:In order to observe and evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of shenbai detergent combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) on wound healing after anal fistula incision, 65 anal fistula patients admitted to the Department of Anorectology of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in January~June 2016 were divided into 2 groups, and a group of them were given shenbai detergent combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) for external application ( One group was given Senbai lotion combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) for external application (34 cases), and the other group was given Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) for external application (31 cases). The two groups were observed and evaluated for wound bleeding, pain, secretion and granulation tissue growth on the 3rd, 7th and 14th postoperative days. The results showed that the differences of trauma bleeding, pain, trauma secretion and granulation tissue growth were statistically significant (P<0.05) when comparing the two groups of patients on the 3rd, 7th and 14th postoperative days. The total effective rate of the treatment group (97.19%, 33/34) was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.9%, 26/31), with P<0.05. The results showed that the combination of the sambucus lotion and the Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) was clinically effective in the healing of the traumatic surface of the fistula after incision.
