Abstract: Objective To study the effect of staged dressing changes after perianal abscess surgery on the quality of wound healing. Methods 90 patients with perianal abscess who underwent one-stage radical resection were included as research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table, with 45 cases in each group. Observation The patients in the group were given Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) and Chuangyu Ning ointment respectively for staged dressing changes according to the different characteristics of the inflammatory reaction phase and tissue proliferation and remodeling phase after surgery. Patients in the control group were given routine postoperative dressing changes. Comparison of the wound surfaces between the two groups The healing rate and wound healing time were recorded. The wound exudate, wound granulation tissue growth score and wound area were recorded on the day after surgery, 1 week after surgery and 3 weeks after surgery. The surgical efficacy of the two groups was compared at 4 weeks after surgery. Results The wound healing rates of the observation group at 3 weeks and 4 weeks after surgery were (67.52 ± 14.48)% and (85.67 ± 9.65)% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group. The postoperative wound healing time was (28.76 ± 4.67) days. , significantly shorter than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of wound exudate and granulation tissue in the observation group at 1 week and 3 weeks after surgery were significantly lower than those in the control group and on the day after surgery, and the wound area was significantly smaller than those in the control group and on the day after surgery, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the overall efficacy between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Staged dressing change after perianal abscess surgery can help shorten wound healing time and improve wound healing quality.
