Abstract: Objective: To explore the application value of desonide cream combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in children with moderate to severe AD (atopic dermatitis). Methods: Select patients admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 A total of 74 children with moderate to severe AD were taken as research subjects and divided into a control group (n=37, desonide cream) and an observation group (n=37, Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment)) according to the random number table method. Comparison The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.78% higher than that of the control group, which was 62.16% and 62.16%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There is no statistical significance (χ2=0.181, P=0.670). Conclusion: Desonide cream combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) is effective in treating moderate to severe AD in children with few adverse reactions and is worthy of promotion.
