This study explored the efficacy of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with Fujifu on postoperative wounds of perianal abscess. Methods: A total of 84 patients treated from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected. The control group (42 cases) were treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment), and the observation group (42 cases) were treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with Fujifu. The effects of different drug treatments and wound healing were observed and compared. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%, and that of the control group was 82.5%. The wound healing of the observation group was (8.5±1.5) d, (16.0±1.3) d, (83.1±1.5), which was better than that of the control group (15.3±2.8) d, (25.3±2.1) d, (65.2±1.8), and the wound healing was better than that of the control group, with statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion: The effect of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with Fujifu treatment on patients with perianal abscess is good, which can enhance the treatment effect, reduce the wound healing time, and allow patients to recover and be discharged from hospital as soon as possible, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
