Abstract :Objective: To analyze the efficacy of desonide cream combined with Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) in the treatment of subacute eczema. Methods: A total of 64 patients with subacute eczema who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the reference group and the experimental group (n=32) according to the order of admission. The reference group was treated with desonide ointment, and the experimental group was treated with desonide ointment and Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin). The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the patients were compared. Results: The symptom relief rate of the reference group was 81.25%, and the symptom relief rate of the experimental group was 96.88%, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Desonide ointment and Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) have good efficacy in the treatment of subacute eczema and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
